PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCES OF ALL THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Our Referral Program is available for both existing and potential clients, who have real accounts or demo accounts with ExpertOption.
You can participate in the Referral Program by inviting your friends to register with ExpertOption by using your customized referral link or promo code as provided by us.
To be eligible for participation in the Referral Program:
both you and your referred client must be at least 18 years of age;
both you and your referred client must be legally permitted to participate in the Referral Program in a country of your residence at the time of participation. You must not participate in the Program if same is void or illegal by your applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to find ineligible any participant in the Referral Program.
Employees of the Company, including their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program and earn referral rewards.
If your account is “suspended” or “banned”, or you decide to close your account with ExpertOption, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Referral Program. Upon termination of your account with ExpertOption, your account will be inactive, and you will not be able to make referrals or earn referral rewards, including any referral rewards that may be pending.
We reserve the right to void any referral reward based on ineligibility of any Program participant, for illegal, unlawful or fraudulent activities or, if we, at our sole discretion, find that you have breached any of these Terms or any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of ExpertOption platform.
If you have a demo account with ExpertOption, you have to click “Become a Partner” in the main menu, follow the on-screen instructions and receive your personal referral link and promo-code, which you will share with your friends.
If you have a real account with ExpertOption, you have to log in to your account, click “Become a Partner” in the main menu, follow the on-screen instructions and receive your personal referral link and promo-code, which you will share with your friends.
In order to qualify as a “Valid Referral”, your referred client must not be an existing customer of ExpertOption and must be a first-time user of ExpertOption Platform and services as a result of your referral.
Rewards for each referred client will be shown in your Partner Account as soon as your referred client successfully registers a real account with ExpertOption, makes an initial deposit of at least 10 USD (or equivalent in local currency), and performs trading transactions.
You understand and accept that you will not receive any referral reward if your referrals are rejected or are not received for any reason, or if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.
You cannot refer yourself, your family and household members, or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with the Company.
You may not use the Referral Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Referral Program.
In addition, you may not tamper with the Referral Program, act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate or receive any reward in the Referral Program.All Your promotional materials shall include disclaimers and risk warnings.You are strictly prohibited to refer clients by:
promising any “guaranteed return/result” on their investments;
fraudulent misrepresentation or manipulation;
violating your local advertising and marketing rules, laws, and regulations.
Our Referral Program allows you to earn up to 6% commission from a trading turnover of each referred client, excluding bonuses, refunds and chargebacks, depending on his/her trading activity, if the following criteria are met:
at least one referred client opens a real account; and
a referred client makes first deposit.
You are entitled to receive and withdraw referral rewards only if:
your referred client registers a real account with ExpertOption, makes an initial deposit of at least 10USD (or equivalent in local currency), and performs trading transactions.
you have your ExpertOption account verified.
you have referred a minimum number of active clients.
You can either withdraw your referral rewards or use them for trading.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine which type of referral rewards you are entitled to receive. You acknowledge and accept that the referral rewards defined by these Terms and determined by us are the only type of referral rewards you are entitled to receive; and you cannot claim any other referral rewards unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and the Company.
Referral rewards can be neither transferred, nor sold, nor assigned to any third party.
We will not honour referral rewards in relation to commercializing, publishing, mass distributing or selling customized referral links.
All referral rewards will be paid in a currency selected by you when initiating the funds transfer.
We reserve the right to withhold referral rewards or terminate your ExpertOption account, at our sole discretion, when we believe that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Referral Program in any way.
You understand and accept that you will not be able to transfer your referral rewards if you have only a demo account opened with ExpertOption; and the Company shall not be held liable if you lose your access to your demo account or referral rewards page.
You may also earn 10% from referral income of your referees if they refer at least 5 clients with initial deposits and verified accounts, and they become referrers themselves.
Your referral rewards for each of your clients referred to the Company more than seven days ago will decline at an ever-decreasing rate, as determined by the Company, over a period of time.
Referral rewards may be taxable, depending on local tax laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for all tax filings, returns and reports, and for payment of all taxes imposed.
In connection with your participation in the Referral Program, you may receive confidential and proprietary information belonging to us, including sensitive customer data. You will maintain all of such confidential and proprietary information in strict confidence and use it only in connection with your participation in the Referral Program. This clause shall survive the termination of the Referral Program or your ExpertOption account for any reason.
Other than with respect to materials provided to in connection with your participation in the Referral Program, your status as a participant in the Referral Program does not entitle you to use any trademarks, copyrighted materials, patents, names, logos or other intellectual property owned or licensed by us or our respective affiliates.
You understand and agree that neither the Company, nor its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, consultants or other representatives (the “Indemnified Parties”) shall be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, actual, consequential, economic, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, failure to store any information or other content maintained or transmitted by ExpertOption.
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all liabilities incurred in connection with:
your use or inability to use the ExpertOption Platform or perform transactions; or
your breach or violation of these Terms or ExpertOption Terms and Conditions;
your violation of any law, or the rights of any user or third party; and
any content submitted by you or using your account to the ExpertOption platform, including, but not limited to the extent such content may infringe on the intellectual rights of a third party or otherwise be illegal or unlawful.
You also agree to indemnify the Indemnified Parties for any liabilities resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or loan on our infrastructure.
All participants in the Referral Program expressly understand and agree that:
your use of the Referral Program is at your sole risk, the Referral Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we expressly disclaim all warranties, conditions and terms of any kind.
we make and give no promise that the Referral Program will meet your requirements or expectations, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Referral Program, and reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Referral Program should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond our control, corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the Referral Program.
We shall not be liable to any participant for failure to pay any referral rewards by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental authority, equipment failure, threatened terrorist attacks, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, earthquake, tornado, war, unusually severe weather, explosion, labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond our control.
You expressly represent and warrant that you shall not make any promise, mislead or misrepresent the Referral Program or your possible rewards or benefits to any third party. You further represent and warrant that your participation in the Referral Program is in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the country of your residence.
By agreeing to and accepting these Terms, you agree and confirm that you will not claim any damages in connection with the Referral Program, and expressly waive and release us, and our respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, consultants or other representatives from any claim for damages (including any direct, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, the Referral Program or these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Referral Program and/or Terms at any time, without any prior notice.
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any user at any time from participation in the Referral Program if we have a good faith belief that he/she has violated any of these Terms.
We shall terminate your ExpertOption account with immediate effect without any prior notice, notwithstanding any other action, and forfeit your referral rewards if we:
believe, at our sole and absolute discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms or ExpertOption Terms and Conditions.
believe you engage in illegal activities.
are unable to perform and complete KYC checks on you and your referred clients.
have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are directly or indirectly using the Company’s services in violation of your applicable laws or regulations.
have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have opened, directly or indirectly, new accounts with the Company after having your current account banned by the Company.
are directed to do so by applicable laws and regulations, law enforcement, regulatory authority or court order.
believe, at our sole and absolute discretion, that there is another reason.
We reserve the right to amend or otherwise change any part of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without any prior notice or your consent.
When we update these Terms, the “Last Update” notice at the top of this document shall be amended to reflect the last date of such changes, and such changes shall be effective immediately.
If any change to these Terms is not acceptable by you, you must immediately discontinue your participation in the Referral Program. Your continued participation in the Referral Program after any such changes to these Terms will constitute acceptance of those changes. These Terms apply only to your participation in the Referral Program and do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us.
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree that you have read, understand and will abide, and be bound, by these Terms. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by these Terms in their entirety, you are not allowed to participate in the Program.

The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Referral Program will be used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy, which is available for your review at https://es.expertoptionasia.com/company/policy/privacy-policy/
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal details by us and acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our express prior written consent, which may be withheld at our sole discretion.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without any prior notice or your consent.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Referral Program and/or these Terms, you are strongly encouraged to first contact us directly at help@eo.support to seek amicable resolution.
